POLICY
1. Orders & Processing Time
All items are made with care and attention to detail. Processing times vary depending on the item:
- Ready-to-Ship Items: 3–7 business days
- Custom/Pre-Order Items: 2–6 weeks (or as stated in product description)
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders cannot be changed once production has started.
2.Custom Orders/Prom Orders
Custom pieces are made specifically for you based on your selected size, measurements, and design preferences.
- All custom orders are final sale
- A deposit may be required before production begins
- Remaining balances must be paid before shipment
- We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Once materials are ordered and dress is received by client refunds are not allowed unless order is not received by date needed.
3.Shipping Policy
We ship via trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery.
- Shipping times vary based on your location
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
- Special Monroe LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products:
- No refunds on custom or made-to-order items
- Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
If approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
As of 12/1/2025 this business policy has been updated and clear for each customer to read when ordering and rush orders are no longer accepted.
